Cancellation Policy

Hirer may cancel their booking in the following circumstance by notification to the Himalayan Wheels and in such cases will be liable to pay the following cancellation charges:

• More than 72 hrs before the commencement of the trip: The rental charge of one day will be cut from the full amount.
• Between 72 to 48 hrs before the commencement of the trip: 50% refund will be provided.
• Between 48h to 24 hrs before commencement of the trip: 30% refund will be provided.
• Less than 24hrs before the commencement of the trip: No refund will be provided.
• During the trip no refund request will be entertained.
• In case of cancellation due to epidemic, earthquakes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts or anything beyond human control, no refund will be provided. However, a credit note will be given with expiry to use in future.

Note: Between this cancellation policy and any future published cancellation policy, the last published Cancellation Policy shall prevail.
